Employment Relations Training

ILS is acknowledged as a leader in the development of customised Labour Relations and Employment Relations training programmes. ILS is an accredited service provider with the Services SETA and where relevant, programmes are aligned with NQF Unit Standards. These training programmes are provided for on either an in-house or train-the-trainer basis. ILS furthermore presents regular open courses, which is attended by participants from various companies.

Accreditation of participants for certification purposes with the Services SETA is optional. Should participants wish to obtain formal accreditation for certification purposes, they would be required to complete an additional skills assessment programme. In addition to the workshop, a participant will be required to complete tests, as well as practical assignments and submit a Portfolio of Evidence. The participant will then be assessed and certificated. An additional fee is charged for the process of certification.
